The aim of this Publication Scheme is to explain what information Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust makes available to the public, and wherever possible provide an easy method of accessing this information.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the "Act"), every public authority has a duty to specify what information they publish (in terms of information classes), how the information is made available, and whether it is available free of charge or upon payment.
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is also the host organisation for Anglia Support Partnership (ASP), a shared support services organisation that was formed in April 2000 by a number of health care organisations in Cambridgeshire and West Norfolk. Anglia Support Partnership is not a statutory organisation and therefore responsibility of Freedom of Information will be dealt with by the Trust.
Searching the Publication Scheme
Our Publication Scheme allows you to browse or search to see what information is available. Having found reference to an information item, you will then be able to access it through this web-site. Where direct access is not possible you will be told how the information can be obtained.
Charging for Publication Scheme items
Departmental classes of information (some classes link to other sources - for example, The Stationery Office) are free of charge on website (ie, there is no charge by us, although the user would of course have to meet any charges by their Internet Service Provider (ISP), personal printing costs, etc).
For those without internet access, single-page print-outs as on the website would be available from:
Kim Beazor
Trust Secretary
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust
Elizabeth House
Fulbourn Hospital
Fulbourn
Cambridge
CB21 5EF
E kim.beazor@cpft.nhs.uk
or from the publisher where they are individually specified. However, requests for multiple print-outs, or for archived copies of documents that are no longer available on the web, may attract a charge for the cost of retrieval, photocopy, postage, etc. We would let you know this at the time of request (the charge would be payable in advance).
Crown Copyright
If you want to re-use or reproduce our publications - eg, commercially or for circulation for education, etc, purposes - you will in most cases need to apply for copyright licence for this. Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is a Crown body and our information is subject to Crown Copyright administered by Her Majesty's Stationery Office.
