Well done to everyone who took part in the Race for Health event at Fulbourn on Wednesday (30 July).

Nearly 90 service users and staff donned their running and walking gear to take part in circuits around the Fulbourn site to raise more than £400 for Cancer Research and the CPFT Charity.

The event was the brainchild of service user Sybil, who couldn’t take part in the national Race for Life event but wanted to hold a similar race for service users at Fulbourn. With the help of the Fulbourn physio team, the event was organised and participants enjoyed glorious weather to complete their laps. A tombola and cake stall at the event also helped to raise extra money.

A big thank you goes to Sybil and Kate Brown’s physio team for organising the event.
