Take part in Health and Wellbeing Week at CPFT

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust has organised a Health and Wellbeing Week which will include a hosted of events, classes and information sessions.

It all starts on Monday (3 Oct) at sites across the Trust. All the sessions are drop-in ones, so there's no need to book.

They are open to patients, members of the public and to staff.

Emma Byrom, Workforce Development Manager, said: "We hope as many people will possible will come down to the different bases we have and find out more about how to improve their health and wellbeing."
