A marketing specialist, he continues to work with big-name brands developing digital platforms to improve communications between organisations and their customers.

Brian is managing director of his own human resources and people development company. Previously a director with housing associations, he has also has extensive experience in the care and support sectors. Brian is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) where he sits on the national committee for membership and development.

Chair Julie Spence said: “The Executive team is delighted with the appointments of Geoff and Brian who will bring with them a wealth of experience from both the public and private business sectors.
“Especially important is the commitment they have given to help us to continue to engage with service users and carers so their experiences help to shape the future of our services.”
