Last year, library visitors across Cambridgeshire had the chance to find out about local services to help them stay independent, safe and well by visiting the Your Life, Your Choice roadshow.

If you missed out there are more opportunities to come along in 2013!

Your Life, Your Choice provides information and advice about adult social care in Cambridgeshire. It comprises a set of information leaflets which are available through libraries and a website providing information about social care support from a wider perspective than just traditional social care resources.

To promote Your Life, Your Choice’s key message of helping people to: ‘Stay independent, safe and well’, a series of roadshows are being held in libraries across Cambridgeshire during 2013.
