Congratulations to the winners of the 2011 CPFT Good Practice Awards.
The awards ceremony took place at the Trust's Annual Public Meeting on 20 September at Hinchingbrooke Performing Arts Centre. This year there were four categories:
- Outstanding individual
- Outstanding team
- Outstanding innovation
- Best project or service
CPFT was thrilled with the level and volume of entries this year - it is a tremendous tribute to the energy and enthusiasm of our staff. The winners and runners-up in each category were:

Outstanding team
Winner - Day Therapy and Young Onset Dementia Service
Highly commended - Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) HMP Littlehey Project
Outstanding innovation
Winner - Dementia Carers' Support Service
Highly commended - Peer Employment Project
Best project or service
Winner - Care Plan Evaluation Project
Highly commended - Preceptorship for newly qualified health visitors; Community Health Improvement Programme
