CPFT Staff Recognition Scheme
On the third Wednesday of each month, the wider executive team awards a prize to the CPFT staff member of the month and team of the month. This new award is open to all staff to receive and anyone can nominate – from inside and outside CPFT.
Why
- We want to hear about the great things that are happening in your service and teams and to recognise the people that are making it happen
- We want to encourage you to be proud and to shout about your successes
- We want to hear about your ideas for innovation so that we can support you in developing them
- We want to recognise people who go that extra mile; our unsung heroes
- We want to see how our staff are living the CPFT values and making them real
CPFT values
- We focus on the needs of the whole person
- We trust and value each other
- We are good people to do business with
- We have high standards in all that we do
