This film gives an introduction to the services CPFT offers to help people living in Peterborough. The film illustrates the information, advice and talking therapies that are available for helping people manage anxiety, stress, depression and other common mental health problems. They also help people with employment and other support that might be required to enable them to lead more healthy lifestyles. The NHS SmartBox library provides information and advice that is recommended by our staff and patients who have used the service. There are links to a range of materials, which include books, manuals, recommended websites and short films. A list of other agencies and organsations in your area are also cited in each NHS SmartBox.
