The INSIGHT series of leaflets were designed and written by people who have personal experience of different mental health problems and the people who support them.

The leaflets provide introductory information on a range of mental health problems and other issues relevant to mental health. They act as signposts to local sources of support and information. It is intended that they will help people who are experiencing mental health problems, their carers, people working in the mental health field, general practitioners and the general public and other organisations who are in a position to provide information.
