There are lots of ways you can help yourself when you are feeling high levels of distress. Here are just a few ideas, but on this site you will find many more. It is helpful to make sure you have interesting, absorbing things to do with your time which you find rewarding and that you have things to look forward to. It is also really important to try to have a healthy lifestyle where you eat, sleep and exercise regularly.
