You could make a list so that you can make sure to keep doing these things even when you are not feeling happy, and this may help you to feel happier at those times.

It is important to do things that make you feel good.

Here are things that some people find makes them happy 

  • playing games with friends or seeing friends - seeing them in real life is better for you and your feelings than social networking with them online  

  • listening to music

  • playing music, singing or dancing

  • doing something creative - drawing, making models or jewellery, writing songs or poems

  • playing with or looking after a pet

 


You probably have your own favourite things - make a list and write down how they make you feel!
