Information about medicines prescribed for mental health problems can be obtained from the Choice and Medication website.

We have also produced some general information leaflets that relate to medication – these are available below. There is also a list of other useful websites that have information about medication.

The Choice and Medication website has been personalised for CPFT. It includes printable leaflets on individual medicines, and tables comparing the different medicines that may be used to treat a condition.

The aim is to stimulate discussion between service users, carers and staff, and to help people make informed decisions about medication.
