This service meets the needs of persons identified as victims of serious crime who meet the threshold for specialist mental health input.

This service meets the needs of persons identified as victims of serious crime who meet the threshold for specialist mental health input. It aims to facilitate rapid screening, early assessment and signposting. It provides advice and support to other agencies (Victim Hub, the Police and Women’s Aid) on the most appropriate approach to take when dealing with someone identified as having mental health difficulties.

Because they are based within different agencies they work slightly differently as their client group and host agency have equally different priorities.

The service will be available to Migrant workers identified in the Fenland District policing teams under Operation Pheasant.
