Mind in Cambridgeshire is a progressive and expanding mental health organisation looking for individuals committed to improving the lives of people using mental health services. Mind in Cambridgeshire is hosting an exciting new service called The Sanctuary - a safe place in the community - that supports adults in mental health crisis. This will operate in partnership with Peterborough & Fenland Mind, Lifecraft, Centre 33 and Richmond Fellowship.
There are two roles available, supporting a small number of people requiring practical and emotional support in a supportive safe environment as an alternative to hospital admission.
Mind is looking for dynamic individuals who are organised, efficient, calm under pressure and someone who can use their own initiative. It is looking for individuals with a mental health, drug and alcohol, children and young people and social care backgrounds.
These roles form part of the exciting work being implemented by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Crisis Care Concordat and the Urgent and Emergency Care Vanguard Project.
