Clinical Research in CPFT: a One Day Workshop

A one-day introduction on ‘How to Conduct Clinical Research in CPFT’ was held on Friday 10 November at the Herchel Smith Building, University of Cambridge Biomedical Campus. The essential information – the slides from the Workshop – on the process of setting up clinical research studies are available for further consultation below.

Please find links to PDFs of the talks’ PPTs below for future reference in the further information section as well as the PDF of the programme.

This information is relevant for anyone who is running or is about to start a clinical study. It is an opportunity to learn more about the start-up process and the ongoing support on offer. It contains most of the key contacts that will be important for you to liaise with throughout the lifetime of your study. This is intended to be of particular value to PhD students, postdoctoral scientists and other clinical researchers working with CPFT.

Currently there are two ‘How to Conduct Clinical Research in CPFT’ workshops per year, in October and May. The next workshop is scheduled for May 2018 if you would like to sign up for this please email Catherine Lofthouse.
