If you are a current patient of NCEDS, you may find this page useful to keep up to date with current activities you can be involved with and to explore ways of providing your feedback to the Service.

Patient feedback

NCEDS are keen to involve service users to improve the service we deliver. We would like to hear about your experience of the service, as well as any ideas you may have on how the service can develop. If you would like to be consulted on specific service issues and / or contribute your ideas, you can also register your interest by contacting us here. Your name will then be added to a register and you may be contacted by NCEDS some time in the future. 

There are several ways you can provide your opinion:

  • Patient Whiteboard

Approximately every month, a question for our patients is raised on the whiteboard in the hallway between the waiting room and the treatment rooms at The Springs. Please feel free to contribute to this as your thoughts and ideas can really shape how the Service develops. Anonymous comments can also be left on the comment cards below the whiteboard.

  • Patient Survey

Our Trust (Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust) are interested in collecting your views on how the Service operates and your experience of this. You can fill out a short, anonymous questionnaire by following this link. You will need to select ‘Community Survey’ and then ‘Specialist Services Community’. The team name you will need to select is ‘Adult Eating Disorders Norfolk Outpatient’ to ensure your comments are allocated to NCEDS. 

If you have a carer who would also like to submit their opinion via a survey, they can do so here. They will need to select ‘Community Survey’ and then ‘Carer Survey’. The team name they will need to select is ‘Adult Eating Disorders Norfolk Outpatient’ to ensure their comments are allocated to NCEDS.

Paper copies of patient and carer surveys are also available in our waiting room and can be returned to the admin office once completed.

Complaints and Concerns
