Integrated Offender Management teams across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

How this service can help you

The Integrated Offender Management Teams contribute to effective release planning for prisoners, liaising as appropriate with mental health in-reach teams or local mental health services in the community in which the prisoner is being transferred to.

The Integrated Offender Management Teams will screen referral and signpost, and will also provide and deliver appropriate psycho-social support for service users aged 18-plus with mild to moderate psychological needs.

Homeless Outreach

The service aims to provide support for people who are homeless and encountering mental health problems including problems with alcohol and drug misuse. The service works alongside partner agencies such as Cambridge Access Surgery, Cambridge hostels, CRI Cambridge Street and the Mental Health Outreach Team, Jimmy's Nightshelter and Wintercomfort to support individuals to address their mental health and associated needs.
