The service provides six branches of specialist care.

MSK Podiatry (Biomechanics): for patients with foot pain or deformity. We hold biomechanical assessment clinics at Huntingdon, Peterborough, Ely, Doddington and Cambridge to assist in the evaluation and short-term treatment of musculoskeletal imbalance, to enhance mobility, reduce pain and limit potential future complications.

Bone surgery: for patients who require the correction of a range of foot deformities, or who have high levels of foot pain or complications.  All patients referred for consideration of surgery will be seen by a member of the surgery team through the process – including initial assessment, health and physical assessment, the surgery itself and all follow ups.

Diabetic Foot Service: for patients at high risk of active ulcerations in order to prevent amputations and reduce hospital admissions.

Nail surgery: for patients with ingrowing toenails, traumatised, thickened or distorted nails, or those with long-standing history of infection, ingrown or thickened fungal nail infections where the removal of part or all of the nail will offer some relief.

Routine foot care: for patients defined as high and medium risk, in order to maintain mobility, improve their quality of life and promote independence.

Feet Focus: a scheme offering low cost foot care for patients are not eligible for NHS routine care and who require treatment such as nail care.
