Please be aware that there may be some disruption to services over the coming weeks and months.  We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

NEW REFERRALS

Self referral is currently open.  However, the service is operating at reduced capacity so we please be aware delays may be longer than normal in processing referrals and offering assessment / high intensity treatment.  For those with milder difficulties, we would recommend a new local virtual support service called Lifeline+  to receive more immediate support.

CONTACT METHODS

It is important that we do everything we can to ensure your safety and that of our own staff.  Therefore, we have made the decision to stop face to face appointments for the foreseeable future.  We will only be offering telephone or online therapy sessions.  We are using methods such as Teams or Attend Anywhere, which is a secure video conferencing platform that the Trust has identified we use.   If you have any concerns, please discuss with your therapist.

We will also be offering groups treatments using Teams in future.

Please let us know if you are unwell or unable to attend your appointment by phone so we can rearrange your appointment accordingly.

You can contact the service by email at: Cambridge_IAPT@cpft.nhs.uk

Please accept our apology if there is a delay responding to emails.

We appreciate that this is a very worrying time for many people and our thoughts and best wishes are with you all.
