Referral Information

We accept referrals from GP’s within the Norfolk and Waveney area.
The NCEDS referral form requests specific information about eating disorder symptoms including eating behaviours, weight, BMI and physical investigations including bloods. In order to triage referrals as quickly as possible, all requested supporting information is required as referrals with insufficient information will not be able to be processed and will therefore be declined.
If NCEDS triage a referral as urgent, we will contact the patient and offer them an assessment appointment within 4 working days. Referrals triaged as priority or routine will usually be offered an appointment within 14-28 days.
