Provide feedback and share your views

The feedback we receive from people who use our services, their carers, family and friends is really important to us. We use this feedback to learn about what we are doing well and what we can do to improve.

The purpose of these pages is to provide information about the feedback received by the Trust and provide examples of how this feedback has been used to improve clinical services.

The information has been divided into Trust wide and then by services areas Adult specialist Mental Health services, Children, Young People and Families services and Older People and Adult Community services.

If you are looking to tell us about your experience you can share your views with us here - what’s important to you, is important to us.
