The CPFT Board of Directors is made up of executive and non-executive directors, led by a non-executive chair. The Board is responsible for ensuring that the Trust is accountable to the public for the services it manages.

John Webster. Deputy Chief Executive
John joined CPFT from Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust from NHS Norfolk where he was Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Strategy.
Prior to this, John has held a number of senior Commissioning roles that include Director of Strategic Commissioning for Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). Before the merger of the five Norfolk and Waveney CCGs in 2019, John was the Accountable Officer for NHS West Norfolk CCG, Deputy Accountable Officer at Luton CCG and Director of Commissioning at East and North Hertfordshire CCG.
John has a degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Public Sector Economics.
