Board of Directors
The CPFT Board of Directors is made up of executive and non-executive directors, led by a non-executive chair. The Board is responsible for ensuring that the Trust is accountable to the public for the services it manages.

Brian McCarthy, Non-Executive Director
Brian is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced Non-Executive Director.
He is currently on the Board of the British Medical Journal and Norwich-based Norse Group. He previously held Executive positions at Pearson Education and Archant Group, and was a Regional Committee member for the Confederation of British Industry. He is a member of the CPFT Audit and Assurance Committee.
Originally from Northern Ireland, Brian has lived in Cambridgeshire for more than thirty years.
