Time to Talk Peer Support Group
This is a Peer Support group session, to facilitate an informal conversation about all things mental health.
Talking about mental health does not need to be awkward and you don’t need to have your own diagnosis of a mental health challenge to join us …. just an interest in mental health and a desire to look after your own mental wellbeing.
There will be tea and biscuits and an opportunity to speak openly about mental health as well as hear other people’s lived experience and their tips and techniques on how they maintain their mental wellbeing. Peer Support Workers will be on hand to facilitate the discussions in a safe space.
‘Let’s be more open about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives.’
