What's it about?

Looking to improve your fitness in 2023 and have fun at the same time? The Head to Toe 30 Days of Fitness Challenge can be completed on your own or with a friend, to help you get fit and raise money for your local NHS at the same time.

We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced options and the challenge can begin at any time that suits you!

How do I take part?

Attempt each day’s exercise on your own, with a friend or why not challenge your colleagues?

All we ask is that you make a small donation to Head to Toe for taking part or for any day you skip – how’s that for motivation?!

If you manage to complete all 30 days, then why not make a celebratory donationand let us know by sharing a photo with us on our Facebook page.

You can set up a fundraising page and ask friends or family to sponsor you for completing the challenge here and if you raise over £100 we will send you a FREE Head to Toe t-shirt for your amazing efforts!  f you do manage to complete the challenge, then consider taking the next step and take part in one of our Challenge Events.

You can download the Fitness Challenge calendar here.

Challenge levels

There are three levels of challenge you can pick, based on your confidence and level of fitness at the start. Remember don’t attempt anything you don’t feel you can realistically achieve!

  • Beginners: Complete 1 challenge per day.
  • Intermediate: Complete 1 line of the challenges per day for 7 days, then move onto the next line.
  • Advanced: Complete the whole workout, for every day of the month!

Remember always seek medical advice before undertaking any physical challenge if you are not used to regular exercise.
