I have been diagnosed as autistic
Post diagnostic support at CLASS
For people diagnosed at the clinic, CLASS can offer some time-limited post-diagnostic support.
You will be offered a post-diagnostic appointment to discuss the possible next steps.
The appointment will be with a clinician from CLASS and will be arranged after you have received your diagnostic report.
Autism Alert Cards and Autism Passports
You may wish to apply for an autism alert card or autism health passport. These can be used for a variety of reasons such as going to the GP or job centre. Please bear in mind that there is a small charge for some of the cards and you will need to pay for postage.
