Meet the Team
FCAMHS Service Manager
Hi, I am the Service Manager for FCAMHS. I am a mental health nurse and have spent most of my career specialising in working with young people. This has included work in the UK and Australia with young people experiencing a first episode of psychosis and setting up the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service for North Cambridgeshire. I am particularly passionate about working alongside people with lived experience of mental health difficulties and promoting research to ensure we are delivering the best possible service for young people. Outside of work I love to read and see live comedy.
Consultant Child Adolescent Forensic Psychiatrist FCAMH Clinical lead:
Dr Suzanne Coghlan
I am a dual-trained Consultant Child and Adolescent Forensic Psychiatrist. I completed my training in Dublin, London and Oxford. I have been the Clinical Lead for the East of England Community FCAMHS since April 2018. I was awarded the Standish Barry Award by the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2010 for obtaining the highest marks in Ireland in the psychiatry membership examinations that year. I have published a number of peer-reviewed articles. Outside of work, I like cooking and travelling.
Consultant Counselling Psychologist and Systemic Practitioner
Dr Rebecca (Becky) Morland
I have worked for many years with children and young people, and also parents and carers. I am passionate about trying to improve the lives of children and young people, especially those (who for some reason) have not yet had the understanding or help they need. Before FCAMHS, I was the psychologist in a Youth Offending Team and I have also worked in an early psychosis, adult mental health and learning disability service. When I am not at work, one of my favourite things to do is to walk my dogs down the river in the sunshine.
Highly Specialised Clinical Psychologist
Dr Emma Haworth
Hi, I am clinical psychologist and completed my training at the South East Thames, Salomons Training Scheme, part of the University of Canterbury. After qualifying, I worked for many years with adults with learning disabilities and more recently spent three years working in a Youth Offending Service. Over the years, I have developed strong interests in working with disadvantaged groups, understanding complex challenging behaviours, and the impact of trauma on young people’s development. Outside work I enjoy cycling and camping.
Senior Mental Health Practitioner
Hi, I’m a mental health nurse who has spent the past 15 years working in children’s services and CAMHS. I have a lot of experience working with children and young people who have difficulties with growing up and building relationships, as well as supporting young people who have mental health needs that need a lot of intensive support and guidance. I have worked all over the country from Manchester to Hertfordshire. Outside of work I love to play the bass guitar, paint and write fiction. I play in two bands which keeps me busy at weekends!
