Community Nursing teams
Our community teams have been nothing short of incredible throughout the Covid 19 pandemic. They have continued to go into people's homes to make sure care is still maintained outside the hospitals, helping people with a range of long term health conditions receive the support they need. The work these men and women do has been vital in the battle against coronavirus.
We wanted to find a way to show our support and help them through their busy days, so we have funded a lunchbox and a coffee flask for community nurses across the Trust.
