Documents that Guide Practice are procedural documents that support the delivery of consistently high standards of care that are based on legislation, national and local guidelines and/or research-based evidence of good practice.
The development of these documents must follow the appropriate CPFT governance process set out in the Policy for the Development and Management of Procedural Documents .
