Relational Emotional Difficulties Service (REDS)
Welcome the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Relational Emotional Difficulties Service (REDS).
REDS is here for people who find strong emotions and relationships difficult.
You do not need to have a particular diagnosis to use our service.
We know that many people struggle with feelings that feel “too big” or with relationships that feel hard to manage. This can affect everyday life — at home, at work, or friendships. REDS offers support for anyone aged 17 and over who wants help with these challenges.
Our aim is to make you feel welcome, understood, and more confident. We focus on giving you practical skills and choices, so you can find the type of programme that works best for you.
The group was brilliant. I wasn't expecting it to be as helpful as it was but actually I'm glad it was group-based.
