Board of Directors
Led by a Non-Executive Chair, the CPFT Board of Directors is made up of eight non-executive directors, and seven executive directors. The Board is a unitary board responsible for ensuring that CPFT is accountable to the public for the services it manages.

Eileen Milner, Chair
Eileen is an experienced senior leader in both private sector and public service roles. She has considerable experience of regulation in both health and education - in the former she was the Chief Operating Officer of the CQC and in this role led work across the NHS on whistleblowing.
As Chief Executive of the Education and Skills Funding Agency, Eileen was responsible for one of the largest budgets in UK public service, as well as the regulation of the Academies and Colleges landscape in England. Eileen currently holds a number of non-executive positions - she is Chair of Council at the University of Bradford, Chair (designate) of the Children and Families Trust for Bradford and District and has recently joined the board of Ofqual, the regulator of qualifications in England.
Eileen has lived in Cambridgeshire for more than 25 years and brings to CPFT a commitment to work to support the organisation and colleagues within it, in delivering upon its mission and purpose.
