Led by a Non-Executive Chair, the CPFT Board of Directors is made up of a Trust Chair, Deputy Trust Chair/Senior Independent Director, five Non-Executive Directors, two Associate Non-Executive Directors, the Chief Executive Officer and six Executive Directors.
 
The Board is a unitary board responsible for ensuring that CPFT is accountable to the public for the services it manages.

Kish Sidhu, Interim Chief Finance Officer

Kish Sidhu

Lead Executive Director for the Audit and Assurance Committee.
Lead Executive Director for the Business and Performance Committee.
Executive Committee Member for the Charitable Funds Management Committee.

Kishamer Sidhu was appointed in February 2025. With a career beginning as a national finance trainee in the NHS in 1996, he possesses a substantial wealth of experience both within the NHS and externally. Over the years, Kish has worked extensively with both healthcare providers and commissioners, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the financial dynamics and operational intricacies involved in healthcare management.

His appointment brings a strategic advantage, particularly in the realm of team development and performance improvement through an emphasis on operational efficiency. Kish expertise helps greatly enhance financial performance and support organisational stability. His skill set in fostering team cohesion and implementing innovative financial strategies helps navigating the complexities of healthcare financing and resource management.

In addition to his professional capabilities, Kish is recognized for his commitment to continuous improvement and his ability to adapt to the evolving challenges within the healthcare sector.
