The CPFT Board of Directors is made up of executive and non-executive directors, led by a non-executive chair. The Board is responsible for ensuring that the Trust is accountable to the public for the services it manages.

Tracy Dowling, Chief Executive

Tracy Dowling, Chief Executive

Tracy joined CPFT from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group where she was Chief Officer. Tracy, who started her career as a radiographer, has more than 30 years’ experience with the NHS, including 12 years at boardroom level. Before joining the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG, she was Director of Operations and Delivery with NHS England, working in the East Anglia Area Team and establishing systems of assurance for clinical commissioning. Prior to that, she spent four years as Director of Strategic Commissioning with NHS Suffolk, both with the Primary Care Trust and subsequent CCGs.
