Board of Directors

Led by a Non-Executive Chair, the CPFT Board of Directors is made up of a Trust Chair, Deputy Trust Chair/Senior Independent Director, six Non-Executive Directors, one Associate Non-Executive Director, the Chief Executive Officer and six Executive Directors. 
 
The Board is a unitary board responsible for ensuring that CPFT is accountable to the public for the services it manages.

Mark Bailham, Non-Executive Director

Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked in senior positions in financial services for over 35 years, focusing on Compliance, Financial Crime, Conduct and Ethics for retail, corporate and investment banks. 

He is currently a Non-Executive Member of the Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB), Chair of its Commissioning, Quality and Resource Committee, as well as a member of its Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and Remuneration Committee. Mark is also the ICB’s representative on the Council of Governors at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

Alongside his NHS roles, Mark is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Clockwise Credit Union and acts as adviser to the English Province of the Order of Preachers (Dominicans).

Earlier in his career, Mark served as a Non-Executive Director for Deutsche Bank Turkey and Deutsche Bank Russia.
