This is the new platform for Documents that Guide Practice. Work is currently ongoing in the background to ensure policies can easily be located. Documents that Guide Practice are procedural documents that support the delivery of consistently high standards of care that are based on legislation, national and local guidelines and/or research-based evidence of good practice.

The development of these documents must follow the appropriate CPFT governance process set out in the Policy for the Development and Management of Procedural Documents .
