Individual Placement Service achieves top marks for quality
The Trust’s Individual Placement Service has become the only one in the east of England to achieve a Quality Mark in 2025.
It follows an independent review carried out by IPS Grow in November, which saw the service rated as ‘Good’ with a score of 112 out of 125 – compared to a national average of 98.
They scored particularly well in the areas of performance, race equity, integration within CPFT – Executive support from the Trust was rated 5/5 – and employer engagement.
Team Manager Ellie Freeman said: “The 25-item review helps us measure how effective we are and what further improvements are needed. We are therefore delighted to have scored so well and be awarded a Quality Mark.”
