  1. Health Visiting

    The health visiting service is service for all children aged 0-5 years and their parents/carers. Working closely with the school nursing service for school-age children, it aims to optimise health and promote learning through well-being and inclusion. This service is part of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough 0-19 Healthy Child Programme which is delivered in partnership by Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
