The Big Bike Ride 2026

Ride together. Raise funds.

Looking for a cycling challenge that really makes a difference?
Join Head to Toe’s flagship bike ride and help support patients, carers and staff at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

Starting and finishing at the Resource Centre, Fulbourn Hospital, this fully supported group ride offers two route options:

  • 50km – ideal for beginners or those looking for a steady challenge
  • 100km – perfect for experienced cyclists ready to push themselves

Both routes take in the beautiful south Cambridgeshire countryside, offering a rewarding and scenic day out on the bike.

You'll be supported every pedal of the way

We’re proud to be working in partnership with Red Fox Cycling to deliver a professionally-led ride, including:

  • Expert cycle leaders
  • A support vehicle along the route
  • Planned lunch stops
  • A celebratory finish to mark your achievement

Whether you’re riding for the first time or taking on a bigger challenge, you’ll never be riding alone.

Why ride for Head to Toe?

By taking part, you’ll be helping Head to Toe Charity raise vital funds to support people with mental health needs and long‑term physical health conditions across our local communities, who are supported by staff at CPFT.

In previous years, our fantastic riders have raised over £20,000, funding real projects that make a real difference to patients and services.

Bring your team or get your business involved
